Glenn Fogg, a former program manager at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, has been appointed as deputy director of prototyping and experimentation for that office.
Defense Secretary Ashton Carter announced the Senior Executive Office appointment in a notice published Thursday.
Fogg has previously served as director of DoD’s rapid technology office.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in general engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College.
