NASA has exhibited the highest employee engagement index across the federal government’s group of large agencies. This achievement marks NASA’s eighth consecutive year to score highest in the employee engagement area, the space agency said Friday.
NASA also ranked first in the new inclusion quotient index that measures the diversity and workplace inclusion of an organization’s workforce. The 2019 Government-wide Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey’s and Inclusion Index’s results may be viewed here and here, respectively.
