IntelliDyne has appointed Robert Grey, founder of the company, as CEO to drive strategy change in technology solutions, IntelliDyne reported on Wednesday. With his return, Grey has drafted plans for the next phase for the company.
“We are laser-focused on the things we do exceptionally well in the user-centric, network-centric, and application development market segments. We are poised to scale and are assembling the right team under the newly created position of Chief Growth Officer to accomplish our strategic goals over the next 18-24 months.” Grey said.
Grey’s return will bring rigorous strategy change. IntelliDyne seeks to diversify its client base, refine current capabilities and expand its footprint into new federal agencies.
He founded the company in 1999 and served as CEO for 10 years, placing IntelliDyne on the top of the Deloitte Fast 500 for North America in 2005 followed by the Deloitte Fast 50 for the Washington Metropolitan Area in 2006 and 2007.
In 2010, Grey left the company to join IntelliCam as a partner, and served in the role until 2020. He helped manufacture covert surveillance systems, sensors, and cameras for law enforcement and military agencies.
Grey also owns Cut River Investments, LLC, assuming the role in 2005. He has also served as partner of ITility, LLC since 2004, where he provides solutions and services for mission and business operations in progam management, terrorism analysis, cyber operations and more.
He began his career at EDS as a systems engineer (SE) and SE manager from 1989 to 1997, then moved to BTG, Inc. where he served as a sales manager from 1997 to 1999.
