NCI will compete for task orders to assist HHS in employing new technology solutions for their modernization efforts. NCI will leverage Shai, its artificial intelligence framework designed specifically for government, to help HHS improve operational efficiencies and big data analytics by piloting, testing and implementing advanced technologies to transform business processes and enhance mission delivery.

NCI will also help HHS expedite business processes, streamline operations, reduce errors and backlogs, and cut costs.

“Having worked closely with HHS teams for nearly 20 years, we have a deep understanding of the invaluable services they provide and the extraordinary challenges they face. We are excited for the opportunity to join forces with them to improve services for the American public using the truly transformative technology of AI,” said Paul Dillahay, NCI’s president and CEO as well as a former Wash100 Award winner.

“Over the past two years, we have gathered leaders in commercial AI as exclusive and strategic partners to enable us to scale humans and shift the workforce from low-value to high-value tasks,” Dillahay added. “We look forward to bringing the power of the Shai framework and our cutting-edge technologies to operationalize AI for HHS, enabling them to execute more mission and achieve the greatest outcomes.”
