Precise Systems, a Lexington Park, Maryland-based professional services delivery company for U.S. defense agencies, has appointed Angela Rothwell as the company’s new chief financial officer.
Rothwell has been with Precise Systems for 10 years and has served as senior vice president of finance and accounting since 2017.
“It is exciting to continue in my journey with Precise Systems and to be part of a team that is dedicated to its employees and customers,” Rothwell commented.
She brings nearly three decades of extensive experience in financial leadership and business strategy to the new position, in which she will guide strategic initiatives and oversee accounting, financial analysis, contractual and procurement operations.
