BayFirst Announces Thomas Payne as First VP & GM; Kevin Gooch Quoted

BayFirst Solutions announced on Wednesday that Thomas Payne, formerly of BAE Systems, will serve as the company’s first vice president and general manger to ensure quality delivery and sound business management across all contracts.

Prior to his new role with BayFirst, Payne served BAE Systems in a range of operational roles for 14 years. He held roles as a program manager, program director, and director. In addition, he served as vice president of Business Development for the Global Analysis Business area for BAE Systems. 

Payne retired from the U.S. Army National Guard after serving as an intelligence officer. Payne graduated from Marywood University and has also studied at INSEAD, a global graduate business school based in the European Union.
